• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Commercial Gas Engineer

£41,500 + Door to Door (1 in 4 call out)

Winner Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding family run service provider who are looking to grow their Mechanical team. They are looking for commercial gas engineers to perform a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across commercial & retail sites throughout the UK.

Roles & Responsibilities

• As a Commercial gas engineer, you will perform a mixture of PPM & Reactive maintenance across commercial gas appliances such as commercial boilers, pipework, valves, & ventilation.
• You will also be responsible for performing mixture of maintenance across plumbing such as replacing taps & repairing leaks
• You will conduct regular inspections to ensure the safe operation of gas systems
• As a Commercial gas engineer, you will diagnose faults in gas appliances and carry out necessary repairs.
• You will assemble components as needed for various projects.
• As a commercial gas engineer, you will need to understand, complete all work-related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers' expectations
• You will collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently.
• You will maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Always adhere to health and safety regulations.

Candidate

• As a commercial gas engineer you will need the relevant qualifications e.g. COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
• It would be beneficial if you held commercial catering tickets
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fault find issues effectively.
• A good general experience in working in occupied premises.
• Clear communicator both oral and written.
• A customer focused approach.
