We are seeking a dynamic & motivated commercial gas engineer with strong technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to join our team.

Overview of Role:

The Commercial Engineer will collaborate with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions to clients, attend premises to carry out service, breakdown, and repair work. You will be a COCN1 gas-qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing service and maintenance on various properties across the region.
• Maintaining high standards of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Communicating updates and progress, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
• Managing stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure availability of parts.

Key Attributes:

• A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Experience working on commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
• COCN1 Qualified.
