Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering, preferably in FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills to influence non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to site leadership.
• Drive profitability through detailed commercial and margin analysis.
• Provide clear financial insight to support operational decision-making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and the wider group.
• Manage and develop one direct report (Finance Analyst).
