A leading loyalty and finance organization in Greater London is seeking a candidate for a commercial finance role. This position entails providing financial support for various teams, preparing business cases, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance financial performance. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities, and be pursuing or recently qualified in a financial accreditation. The role offers a hybrid working model with a focus on collaboration and agility.

This role provides commercial finance support for IAG Loyalty's Air Partnership, Redemption and Proposition teams. This is a highly commercial role that will entail working with multiple stakeholders, focusing on understanding financial performance and helping to maximise the value of decisions taken for our members, IAGL and IAG carriers.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Air Partnerships and Redemption, the successful candidate will provide finance support for future changes in customer proposition within the IAG loyalty programmes, and work with stakeholders across IAG to deliver value for the IAG group.
This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend - it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.
