📝Summary

Deducta is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join our fast-growing team in London. Our mission is to set the gold standard for trusted, high-quality enterprise data. You will be responsible for:

  • Owning deployment and value delivery for clients while building deep relationships with key stakeholders
  • Embedding with cross-functional teams to guide them through mission critical transformation projects as a trusted advisor

📍 Location: London, UK (office located near London Bridge)

💰Comp: Compensation for this role starts at £180k in cash and equity, not including additional commission incentives

🔑What is the Role?

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be embedded with our clients to map their problems, structure deployment, and deliver measurable value. You will own the client relationship and become a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT. We build durable partnerships by listening deeply to customer pain points and guiding them to solutions that unlock the art of the possible with mission critical data.

What you’ll do:

  • Own deployment and value delivery from proof of concept through long-term engagement
  • Embed deeply with client teams to understand their needs and guide adoption of our service across all levels of seniority
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who they can depend on
  • Share client feedback internally, directly aiding the product team to define and quantify feature requests and roadmap prioritization
  • Ensure that clients are high-NPS and genuinely delighted throughout their relationship with Deducta

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, strategic thinker with experience in project management, solution engineering, and/or management consulting. Experience in enterprise procurement processes is a plus.
