What We're Looking For

• Qualified with P402, P403, and P404
• Prior experience in a similar asbestos surveying/analyst role
• Strong understanding of HSG 248 (Analyst Guide)
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and overnight stays
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys on a range of building types, from domestic to large-scale commercial and industrial properties
• Perform 4-stage clearances and air monitoring
• Mentor junior surveyors and support their development
• Ensure all paperwork and files are completed accurately and in line with UKAS procedures
• Maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients
• Uphold a professional appearance and commitment to health & safety at all times
