Commercial Insurance Director - Newcastle

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Director to join our leadership team.

As the Commercial Director, you will report directly to the Branch Director and you will lead a team of highly skilled Account Executives. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring profitability and client retention.
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of four Account Executives, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial insurance portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Branch Director in achieving business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a senior insurance role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
