They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to join the senior leadership team. Sitting at the top table, you will play a pivotal role in delivering their ambitious growth plans – driving marketing to new heights, shaping customer strategies, and identifying innovative commercial opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Strategy: Develop and lead both B2B and B2C customer strategies, fully aligned with the business mission and goals.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research and craft business plans to unlock new opportunities – through acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion into new locations.
  • Marketing Leadership: Champion the brand, elevating marketing efforts to attract new customers and build life-long connections with existing ones.
  • Property Strategy: Shape location strategy, creating welcoming physical environments that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
  • Customer Experience & Retention: Deliver best-in-class customer journeys, always striving to exceed expectations and crafting strategies that build long-term relationships and demonstrable lifetime client value.
  • Team Development: Lead and inspire a passionate customer services team, fostering growth and success.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and systems to monitor progress, reporting closely to the CEO and Board.
