What you’ll be doing
- Outbound prospecting into finance teams (CFOs, FDs, Controllers, Finance Managers).
- Running a structured multi-channel outbound process (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Owning your own pipeline from first touch all the way to close.
- Running tailored demos based on use-case and business needs.
- Handling discovery, qualification and commercial conversations confidently.
- Managing deals in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline.
- Working closely with your commercial manager to keep deals moving smoothly.
- Feeding insights back to shape outreach, pricing conversations and sales strategy.
Bottom line : generating revenue through quality conversations, disciplined pipeline management, and running a solid, repeatable process.
Qualifications
Who this suits
- 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, BDR, AE, or a hybrid).
- Comfortable with outbound and confident running full sales cycles.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills, not just pitching features.
- Able to speak to senior finance stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Process-driven mindset, but you bring your own ideas to improve it.
- You hold yourself accountable and thrive in a remote environment.
- Hungry to progress, this role will put you on a fast track if you deliver.
