Overview

Commercial Contracts Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c£75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a busy team. JOB REF: 1348.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on a broad range of commercial law, working with clients across a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
  • Manage a varied commercial contracts caseload including software agreements, supply contracts, procurement, distribution agreements and ecommerce.
  • Supervise more junior members of the team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and attention to detail; work well within a team environment.
  • Contribute to the firm’s long‑term success and growth.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years\' PQE.
  • Ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
  • Ambition to grow with the firm and participate in structured career progression.
  • Demonstrable communication skills and attention to detail.
