You will work with internal teams and contractors to communicate changes effectively and evaluate impacts on projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and strong communication skills. This permanent role offers a competitive salary between £70,000 and £85,000.

As Change Manager, you'll guide the full change process—from identifying and assessing impacts to gaining approvals and ensuring smooth implementation.
Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives, you'll make sure every change is clearly communicated and well understood.
You'll evaluate how changes affect scope, schedule, cost, and quality, sharing insights with the Project Director and senior stakeholders.
