A prominent construction firm is seeking a motivated Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This role offers excellent training and the chance to gain hands-on experience with Senior Quantity Surveyors. Candidates should have a strong basis in numeracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel. This position is a temp to perm role with a salary of £14.00 - £14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in office and/or site work.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate cost estimate submissions.
• Preparation of documents for Monthly Sign-off Meetings.
• Subcontractor invoice approval process.
• Maintaining accurate commercial records.
