Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Account Director – Commercial Medical Communications (Remote, UK)

Remote (UK-based) | Full-time

We’re looking for ambitious Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to join a growing Commercial Medical Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects that bring science and strategy together to deliver compelling brand communications for global healthcare clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building strong client partnerships by understanding their brand strategy, competitive landscape and commercial objectives.
  • Leading and managing projects across the lifecycle — from concept and planning through to delivery, budgets and forecasting.
  • Developing creative, science-driven solutions that elevate brand storytelling and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Driving collaboration across internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and best-in-class delivery.
  • Supporting business growth by contributing to pitches, proposals and strategic planning.
What we’re looking for
  • A science-related degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a medical communications agency within a commercial/brand communications remit.
  • Confidence managing multiple accounts and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys fast-paced, creative, client-facing work.
