The Account Handler role:
In this position, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional service to an extensive list of existing SME book of business. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, handle queries, renewals, and all related processes to ensure that clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.

What we're looking for:
· Proven experience in an Account Handler role, dealing with high value clients.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build strong relationships with clients.

· Understanding both paper and electronic Insurance files

· An organised individual able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

This role is open to Full and Part Time hours.
