The Role

My client are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their Weybridge office. This is a senior-level role for someone who has already proven themselves in account management and is hungry to grow. You will inherit existing client cases, including some clients whose current managers are approaching retirement, and actively develop new business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients (£5k-£100k GWP).
  • Build new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work both from the office and on client visits as required.
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure clients receive seamless service.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the office and team as the business grows.
  • Work with insurers and access a wide market to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive, comfortable with client-facing work.
  • Track record of managing and growing a commercial book of business.
  • Ambitious, professional, and motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, agile team.
  • Mobile and flexible, with the ability to attend client meetings and occasional home working as needed.
