College Guardian (Security) 40 hours per week, 36 weeks per year, Luckyn Lane Campus. This post represents an opportunity to contribute to security and environmental care across multiple campuses. The role involves monitoring student behaviour and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will work in partnership with Support Services and Academic Departments, using strong customer service skills with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure. A valid SIA licence is required and must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor student behaviour and maintain safety across college sites.
  • Provide customer service and assist staff, students, and visitors as needed.
  • Collaborate with Support Services and Academic Departments to support a secure campus environment.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and an innovative, proactive approach.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid SIA licence (to be retained throughout employment).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 36 weeks per year.
