A leading financial services provider is seeking a Collections & Recoveries Specialist to drive collections through effective communication and outstanding customer service. You will manage a varied portfolio, negotiate repayment solutions, and work with various teams to optimize recovery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for helping small businesses. We are seeking an experienced Collections & Debt Recovery Specialist who will be required to work within a fast‑paced, customer focused environment, providing great customer service while maintaining the team’s excellent track record.
