A&P NORTH EAST – Welders
If you are a Coded Welder, based in the North East of England and are good at what you do, read this.
We’re not looking to just get welders through our gates, we’re looking for those who take pride in their work and appreciate the difference between a job done and a job done right.

A growing fabrication facility with strong contracts, a highly skilled team, and a no-nonsense approach to work. We don’t believe in cutting corners or treating good people like they’re replaceable. We stay busy, and pay fairly for skill and reliability.
So, what will you do?
MIG welding, reading drawings and working independently when needed
Sometimes it’s repeat work, sometimes it’s custom, it needs to be of a high quality every time
The work that we do is of national significance, it matters.
And what are we looking for?
Time Served with a high skill level and strong experience. You will need copies of your certs with stamps every 6 months, accompanied by a Lloyds (or similar) stamp every 2 years.
We’re looking for in depth knowledge of welding standards.
If you have been welding long enough to know that your own standards are higher than most. You show up, keep your word, and don’t need someone watching over your shoulder, lets have a conversation.
Due to the nature of what we do for some of the customers that we work with, some roles working for A&P are subject to security control restrictions. These restrictions mean that factors including your nationality, any previous nationalities you have held, and your place of birth may limit those roles you can perform with us.
You must also undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check before your employment starts, which will include a basic DBS check.
