A prominent retail organization in Manchester is seeking a Co-ordinator for the Data Services team. This hybrid role requires maintaining supplier data and ensuring accuracy across systems while collaborating with various business partners. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. In return, the organization offers comprehensive benefits, including annual bonuses, holiday leave, and development opportunities, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
£24,570 - £25,570 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C). 5 days over 7 working pattern, including some weekend working on a rota basis (around once a month). Manchester city centre – in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming to the office 1‑2 days per week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
We're looking for a Co-ordinator to join the Data Services team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inputting and maintaining promotional, product, pricing, location and supplier data into our Commercial and Supply Chain systems. You'll be trained on how to use each one, and how the work you do will impact them. And it'll be down to you and your team to help keep the cycle running. Working to tight deadlines, you'll be key to our Supply Chain, making sure that our data is processed accurately, and our stores have the products they need to serve our members, customers, and communities.
You'll join our Data Services team, a dedicated team of experts who work collaboratively with teams across our Food, Technology, and People functions to make sure our integrated solutions meet Co‑op's business requirements. We'll look to you to provide support across the business to colleagues that process and manage data.
We're building diverse and inclusive teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone and are committed to creating a workplace where colleagues can feel like they belong, supported by our inclusive policies and the ways we work.
We're proud to be part of the Disability Confident scheme and offer interviews to disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for a job. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, we'll support you.
Learn more about our recruitment process at jobs.coop.co.uk/apply-process and our inclusion commitments at jobs.coop.co.uk/diversity‑inclusion.
Please note that we may close applications for this role early.
As part of your application, you'll need to complete an online assessment. This assessment typically takes up to 50 minutes. If you're a current Co‑op colleague, this does not need to be completed.
