Overview

CNI Technical Engineer - Day Shift (Electrical Bias) Location: National Grid - Warwick - National Grid House
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover CNI shifts (4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm)
Reporting to: Technical Services Manager

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain building services such as HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults using technical drawings and BMS tools.
• Support refurbishment projects and supervise contractors to ensure safe working practices.
• Maintain systems like UPS, generators, CCTV, and access control, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• C&G 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection
• HNC in Building Services or related discipline
• IOSH Health & Safety Certificate
• Experience with HV systems, AP duties, and PTW processes
• A full UK driving licence is essential
