Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established precision engineering company in Glasgow who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to their growing team.

This is a day‑shift role offering excellent rates, regular overtime paid at time and a half, and long‑term stability within a modern machining environment.

The Role

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes
• Working primarily with Doosan CNC lathes
• Using Fanuc controls
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out basic inspections and quality checks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner
• Strong Fanuc programming skills (editing at the machine essential)
• Experience with Doosan lathes preferred
• Ability to work independently from drawings
• High attention to detail and quality
