Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

A growing precision engineering company based in Cheltenham is seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator (Mill-Turn) to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
  • Setting and operating CNC Mill-Turn machines
  • Ensuring components are produced to correct tolerances and specifications
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings
  • Conducting basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work area
  • Working closely with the Production and Quality teams to achieve targets
Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced CNC Setter/Operator with a strong interest in developing your programming skills and progressing within a precision engineering environment.

Essential Requirements
  • CNC Mill-Turn setting and operating experience
  • Ability to read and understand engineering and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-driven approach
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and motivated to develop new skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Experience with Fanuc or similar control systems
  • Exposure to Mill-Turn or multi-axis environments
  • Background in precision engineering sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defence
