CNC Operator & Mechanical Assembly

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator & Mechanical Assembly position to join our growing team based in Bromyard. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work in a very experienced and friendly environment, with the opportunity for growth as the business develops.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to specification.

  • Manufacturing a variety of components from engineering drawings within tight limits

  • Manufacturing all components within an agree timescale

  • Ensure that Health and Safety awareness and performance meet company standards

  • Responsible for quality and full conformity to the drawings

  • Use a wide range of measuring equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance

  • Maintain machine cleanliness and efficiency reporting any issues promptly.

  • Perform assembly tasks to support production and product integration

  • Be responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is completed correctly.

  • Working and developing existing designs as well as innovation with new machines and projects.

  • Working as part of a cross functional team, to deliver new products, systems and applications المنتدى

  • Ability to operate CNC Mazatrol

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings


  • Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office programs.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
