Role Overview

We are recruiting a proactive and experienced CNC Programmer to support our client's operational team in Sheffield. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and supporting production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles.
  • Create 3D models and produce 2D technical drawings.
  • Generate CNC programmes.
  • Develop routing plans for component flow through machine shops.
  • Support projects, including custom design work.
