Overview

CNC Milling Setter/Programmer
Location: Ruislip
Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week)
Shift: Days
Salary: £40,000 to 42,0000

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Milling Machines using Fanuc/Haas controls.
• Produce complex components from a range of materials to customer specifications.
• Ensure performance of part production to planned set/run times and quality standards.
• Adhere to ISO9001/14001:2015 Quality and Environmental standards.
• Carry out tool setup, offsets, and program adjustments where required.
• Record and support continuous improvement in 5S organisation across work areas.
• Ensure correct use of materials and drawings in production.
• Conduct accurate inspection using micrometres, verniers, plug gauges, and other equipment.

About You

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in setting and operating CNC Milling Machines.
• Skilled in working with high-complexity components across multiple materials.
• Knowledge of 4 and 5 Axis Machines.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using precision inspection tools.
• Able to consistently produce components to tolerance and specification.
