Job Role: CNC Day Shift Foreman - CNC Miller Setter Operator

Location or Commutable from: Rugby, Coventry, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire

Shift: Days Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay Rate / Salary: £19.50 per hour

The Candidate / Qualifications
  • Must have experience with Siemens controls
  • Be able to read technical drawings
  • Have experience with both CNC and manual machines
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • To lead a team of machinists in our precision breakdown machine shop.
  • To oversee the daily operations of CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, and mills, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety
  • Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of Siemens CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, milling machines, and other precision machinery
  • To be able to set up, and operate CNC Milling Centres
