Job Title: CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator

Location: Accrington

Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (4-day week, 38 hours)

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x, readily available

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our team in Accrington. This role isn’t just about programming from a computer — we need someone who can also program at the machine, set, and operate CNC milling machines.

You’ll be working with 3‑axis milling machines, primarily using Heidenhain controls, with some exposure to Fanuc as well.

Our client is also open to hiring a Setter / Operator and providing training to develop them into a CNC Programmer.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming CNC milling machines at the machine (Heidenhain and Fanuc controls)
