CNC Miller | Verwood, Dorset | Up to £23/hr + 33% shift allowance (night shift)

Shift Hours

• Day shift: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–12:30
• Night shift: Monday to Thursday 15:30–01:45 (Shift allowance: +33%)

Responsibilities

• Programming and editing NC programmes
• Setting and running CNC milling centres (including 5‑axis machines)
• Producing parts to drawing specifications
• Completing quality and OEE records
• Preventing FOD contaminationCreating and updating setup sheets

Experience and Qualifications

• Time‑served apprenticeship
• Minimum 5 years’ aerospace experience
• Proven ability to work unsupervised
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with FANUC and Mazak controls
• Experience working on 5‑axis CNC milling machines in a busy sub‑contract machine shop
