Job Title: CNC Mill Turner Nights

Location: Commutable from Leicester

Salary / Pay Rate: £54,818 per annum

Shift / Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Role

As a CNC Mill Turner Nights, you'll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate 3-5 Axis CNC Mill Turn machines following approved procedures and programs.
  • Read, interpret, and control CNC code to support accurate machine setup and operation.
  • Manage all setup parameters including datum setting, tool length, and wear offsets to maintain process accuracy.
  • Ensure quality output through precise machining and effective use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, CMM, etc.).
  • Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and maintain machine efficiency.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.
  • Apprentice trained or proven equivalent hands‑on experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in working to production timelines, SOPs, and company‑specific documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude and results‑driven approach.
