A leading CNC machine tool manufacturer seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer in the UK. This role involves traveling nationwide to service, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools, with a strong focus on customer relationships and fault diagnosis. The position offers a competitive salary of £32,500 to £37,500, with OTE up to £52,500. Ideal candidates will have solid CNC experience and a problem-solving mindset, working independently in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide technical support to minimize downtime.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service and support.
• Work a standard 37.5-hour week with regular overtime available.
