Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Applications Engineer, CNC Programmer, or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of at least two types of CAM software.
• Willingness to travel nationally with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare customer demos and production cycle time estimations.
• Program multi-axis lathes and mills using CAM software.
• Assist with new machine commissioning on-site with customers.
• Provide training and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Implement process improvements for continuous customer service.
• Utilize various CAM packages for programming.

Skills

Programming of turning lathes

Knowledge of CAM software packages

Experience with FANUC controls

Ability to provide training and applications support

Clean driving license
