Fixed term contract 12 months.

Part time 18.75 hours per week. Flexible working hours will be considered.

We have an opportunity for a CMO Finance Support to join us based within our Change function (CMO).

This will be a fixed term contract position for a period of 12 months.

Youll be required to travel to our Head Office at Cumberland House in Carlisle as and when required for meetings and operational tasks. The expectation will be a minimum of 2 days per month on average.

What will you be doing

Reporting to our CMO Finance Lead youll provide essential finance and administrative support to ensure smooth and effective financial operations and project delivery across the Change function. The role focuses on maintaining accurate cost records supporting financial processes and supporting report preparation.

About you :

We would like you to have the following :

Qualifications :
  • Ideally a qualification in finance bookkeeping administration business or a related field
  • A good standard of general education
Experience :
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with financial systems timesheet tools and project reporting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced change or project environment is desirable
Technical Skills :
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency formulas pivot tables VLOOKUPs and macros
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Outlook)
  • Familiarity with WebEx / Teams and collaborative tools
