Qualifications

• Proven experience with ITSM platform architecture, preferably on Helix.
• Deep understanding of CMDB design and multi-source CI ingestion.
• Exceptional communication skill with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end CMDB architecture.
• Design Authority submissions for holistic architectural assessments.
• Support mapping the CMDB against the Business Capability Model.
