The Opportunity:

Join our vibrant and ambitious team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of competitive sport at Edinburgh University Sports Union. As our Club Operations and Development Manager, you’ll lead the growth and effective management of all EUSU student sport clubs – ensuring they are safe, sustainable, inclusive, and consistently delivering an outstanding student sport experience. You’ll empower student leaders, strengthen governance, and streamline operational processes to drive long‑term development and expand the reach of EUSU. Working closely with coaches, University partners, and National Governing Bodies, you’ll help build the resources and expertise that underpin club success. You will also provide supportive line management to key staff, including two Sport Participation Activators and the University Tennis Coordinator, ensuring all activity aligns with health, safety, insurance, and compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student sport at one of the UK’s leading universities.
