Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking a Cloud Program Manager for a fully remote position focused on EMEA. This role involves managing cloud delivery programs, coordinating logistics supply chains, and leading customer engagements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in cloud program management, knowledge of logistics, and experience with edge services. This contract is for an initial 6 months, outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Program/Project Manager in cloud or large-scale IT programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes in technology rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing lead for cloud delivery programs.
• Manage logistics supply chains and handle customer escalations.
• Coordinate with Edge Service Providers for installations across markets.

Cloud Program Manager
EMEA region (fully remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing lead for cloud delivery programs
• Manage logistics supply chains and handle customer escalations
• Coordinate with Edge Service Providers delivering day-of installs in multiple markets
• Ensure smooth execution of deployments across EMEA

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven background as a Program/Project Manager in cloud or large-scale IT programs
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement experience
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes in technology rollouts
• Experience working with edge services or distributed deployments
• Preferably with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) and/or Professional Services (PS) experience
