Responsibilities

  • Complete general admin tasks including filing and emailing.
  • Monitor critical paths and notify buyers of issues.
  • Prepare for weekly trade meetings.
  • Maintain sample libraries for timely arrivals.
  • Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post for the team.
