Are you a dedicated Clinical Therapist with a passion for making a difference? We're seeking compassionate professionals ready to utilize their skills and expertise to create lasting change in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Clinical Therapist with our organization, you'll critically assess clients' therapeutic needs and develop treatment plans that foster healing and growth. You'll be at the forefront of addressing various issues, including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect, while providing support during court appearances and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy to families in need.
  • Foster active family participation in treatment planning.
  • Provide emergency and crisis consultation around the clock.
  • Maintain detailed, clear, and timely documentation of client interactions, monthly reports, court reports, and treatment plans.
  • Respect and show cultural sensitivity to all clients and referral sources.
  • Remain current with required in-service/continuing education hours.
  • Maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of clients at all times.
  • Regularly visit clients' homes at least once a week.
  • Engage in weekly supervision and risk management processes.
  • Contribute to our Performance and Quality Improvement process.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and evidence-based service delivery.
  • Participate in organizational meetings, in-service training, and other required gatherings.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Compliance with Indiana state licensure requirements.
  • Belief in the philosophy of family preservation.
  • Knowledge of family of origin/intergenerational issues, child and adult development, and child abuse and neglect.
  • Familiarity with community resources.
