You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery, working alongside experienced nurses and therapists in a friendly, supportive environment.

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Job responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting in a professional manner and ensuring Trust standards are maintained and monitored.
  • Uphold the Trust values and standards at all times.
  • Maintaining records and documentation confidentially in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Providing high standard personalised care under the direction of a registered professional.
  • Assisting with preparation of patients for treatment, investigations, and procedures.
