About the Role

We are seeking a committed Clinical Support Specialist to join our expanding Diagnostic Green (DxG) Business Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical support, education, and product guidance to customers across multiple therapy areas, with a strong focus on fluorescence-guided surgery.

You will work closely with our commercial teams, offering in-theatre support, delivering training, and helping ensure the effective adoption of our technologies. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you will play a key part in supporting clinical best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-field clinical support and respond to customer queries on products and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality, in-theatre training and education to key customers and centres.
  • Support customer evaluations and ensure timely resolutions to clinical or technical issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager, marketing, and sales teams to drive new business.
  • Stay up to date with clinical guidelines, research, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support materials and training resources.
  • Complete administrative duties including field reports, forecasting, quotations, and vigilance reporting.
About You
Essential Experience & Knowledge
  • 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare, medical device, clinical support, or theatre-based role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical procedures as well as anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience within the healthcare or medical device sector, ideally with theatre exposure.
  • Previous customer‑facing experience.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • ABPI qualification is desirable (or willingness to undertake training).

  • Confident in building relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working in theatre settings alongside surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
Working Conditions
  • Home‑based with significant UK travel (average 15,000–20,000 miles per year).
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
  • Mix of clinical environment and hot‑desk office access when needed.
