A healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Gloucester. The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary Clinical Team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. Responsibilities include preventing and managing behaviours of distress, and the role requires flexible working hours, potentially across a 24-hour shift pattern. Candidates should have relevant experience and a proactive approach in working with families and carers.
We require someone who has experience of working with individuals with Learning Disability and or Autism, who are committed to continuing to develop the high quality services that our service users deserve. The post will work alongside other members of the Learning Disability and Mental Health service, including the CLDT Managers, Crisis and Commissioning and County Council Colleagues.
You will be part of the Clinical Team and provide clinically effective and evidence based services in the prevention and management of behaviours of distress. The hours of work are 30 per week and duties will involve flexible working potentially across a 24 hour rotational shift pattern.
