Overview

Key commercial role responsible for driving adoption of a urology and continence care portfolio across the Midlands. The successful candidate will focus on new business development within acute care while maintaining strong relationships in community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition within NHS hospitals and acute care environments (approximately 75% of time).
  • Manage and grow existing accounts in community care, ensuring long‑term adoption of continence solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with multi‑disciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and infection prevention specialists.
  • Develop and execute territory plans informed by market data and local priorities.
  • Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals across care settings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
  • Represent the business at clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and regional events.
  • Operate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative national team.
