This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic interdisciplinary team, supporting individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injury and complex neurological conditions. You’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention as part of a holistic, person-centred rehabilitation approach.

You’ll contribute to innovative neurorehabilitation programmes, benefit from excellent clinical supervision and CPD, and help embed psychological thinking within our 24/7 therapy model.

The role:

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans

• Deliver tailored psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to support patient recovery
• Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes
• Provide effective line management and clinical supervision to a part-time Assistant Psychologist, ensuring their professional development and the delivery of high-quality support to patients
• Champion the emotional and mental well-being of patients and their families during their rehabilitation journey
• Lead initiatives to promote self-belief and independence among patients
• Contribute to the service's ongoing development through clinical expertise and innovation
• Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights

About you:

As our Clinical Psychologist, you will need:

• HCPC Registration
• Experience working with adults with neurological conditions or complex needs
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
