If you are eager to join a dynamic and exciting team, working in an Academic Health Science Centre, a Pathway to Excellence-accredited hospital, a large London major trauma centre, and a complex perioperative environment, all while delivering education and developing practice experts across specialities, please contact us.

  • To maintain an effective educational environment through ‘on the job’ coaching and staff development in a variety of clinical settings, whilst working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of high quality effective care, thus improving the patients’ experience.
  • To act as an expert practitioner, resource and role model; to encourage evidence based practice, providing support and supervision for all staff, including those on professional development courses.
  • To be responsible for the development of programmes of education and training; whilst demonstrating awareness of cultural and learning diversity in the workplace and the need to adapt training accordingly.
  • To collaborate with strategy development and be responsible for the achievement of educational targets. The post holder will contribute to ensuring a conducive work environment and he/she will be a change agent with a strong professional and clinical focus.

At Imperial College Healthcare you can achieve extraordinary things with extraordinary people, working with leading clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care.
