Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Bushey is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. The role requires expertise in oncology, providing exemplary pharmacy services within a hospital environment. Candidates must be GPHC registered and have a minimum of 2 years hospital experience. Qualifications

• Candidates should be GPHC registered with no restrictions.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment.
• Clinical diploma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary pharmacy service per legislation and clinical requirements.
• Advise on safe and effective use of medicines for patients and clinicians.
• Support a multidisciplinary approach in delivering high-quality healthcare.

Experience with clinical ward rounds

Pre-Assessment experience preferred
