Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification to join our team. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical :
– Practice autonomously with support from the medical team
– Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients requiring clinical services
– Initiate and interpret diagnostic investigations and consult relevant specialists when needed
– Communicate effectively with patients and carers, demonstrating excellent verbal and non-verbal skills
– Maintain accurate clinical records in line with current guidelines
– Prescribe medications within legal and professional boundaries
– Promote health and wellbeing, including health promotion and prevention advice
– Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed for vulnerable groups
– Manage medicines safely, adhering to policy and legislation
