Job summary

A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide optimal pharmaceutical care daily. Primary Function

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care on a daily basis. Develops, implements, and maintains systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe and cost effective drug therapies.

Job Qualifications and Specifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited School.
  • Valid RI Pharmacist license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years job-related experience and basic computer skills is required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Knowledge and experience of normal and modified diets and carbohydrate counting and protein exchange systems preferred.
