A regional healthcare provider in Northampton is seeking a dynamic pharmacist to join its dedicated team. This role involves coordinating clinical validation of prescriptions, supporting a high-quality medicines supply service, and engaging with both inpatient and outpatient services. Ideal for candidates with clinical experience or those transitioning from community pharmacy. Mental health experience is desirable but not essential, with structured progression from Band 6 to Band 7 available.

NHFT have recently undergone a medicines supply model redesign bringing their medicines supply service in-house and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated pharmacist to expand our supply service team.
This role would be ideal for either a clinical pharmacist who wishes to specialise in mental health whilst continuing to maintain and develop their skills in general medicine or a pharmacist working in community pharmacy looking to move into the hospital pharmacy sector. Applications from newly qualified pharmacists will be considered as we are able to offer a structured progression with entry at Band 6, moving to Band 7 on completion of key objectives and when agreed skills and standards are met.
