Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for clinical negligence law? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team at a Top 100 law firm in their Bristol office.

The Role

As a Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-2 PQE), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting high-value birth injury claims and quantum matters, ensuring the highest level of representation for clients. Alongside handling complex cases, you'll be actively involved in business development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the department's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in high-value birth injury cases and quantum-related matters
  • Engage directly with clients, taking instructions and delivering on expectations
  • Work alongside senior lawyers and partners to develop strong client relationships
  • Foster effective collaboration and teamwork within the department
  • Maintain accurate time recording, WIP tracking, and billing across cases
  • Strive to meet personal and team KPIs, ensuring high performance

Requirements

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-2 PQE)
  • Previous experience in high-value birth injury, clinical negligence, or personal injury cases
  • A strong team player with exceptional communication and IT skills
