Role Overview

A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its award-winning Health Litigation team on a fully remote basis. The team specialises in defending complex clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and other defendant healthcare organisations. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE experience in clinical negligence or health litigation
• NHS Resolution Panel firm or MDO experience preferred but not essential.
• Exposure to EN Scheme and/or maternity-related claims advantageous.
• Comfortable running a caseload independently, while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
• Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills.
• Experience instructing experts and counsel, and attending hearings and ADR.
• Willingness to support and develop junior colleagues through supervision and mentoring.
• Proactive, pragmatic approach with a strong focus on quality and client service.
• Excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of client protocols, KPIs and data security requirements.
• Evidence of meeting chargeable hours and contribution targets.
