Responsibilities
  • Assisting solicitors with clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution
  • Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court bundles
  • Reviewing and organising medical records and expert reports
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and third parties
  • Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case files
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in clinical negligence, personal injury, or litigation is highly desirable
